Hospice focuses on palliative, comfort care rather than cure. A medically-directed, specialized team of professionals and volunteers strive to offer competent, compassionate care inside your home. An emphasis is placed on efficient comprehensive quality care which supports the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the terminally ill and their family.
Clients who request admission to Best Hospice must:
1. Have an attending physician
2. Have a terminal illness with a prognosis of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course
3. Not be receiving curative treatment
